A fresh nurse who wants to work in the US needs your advise terribly

hi!!! i'm a registered nurse here in the philippines and about to take the nclex i have lots of questions and i'm really confuse. first, could you please help me in finding a trusworthy employer who could help me process my papers after the exam even if i failed or passed the exam at least i still have a list...and since i'm new in the nursing world i feel as though i'm really dumb.. i'm always belittling myself at times even i hate that feeling it's always bugging me inside my head. i don't know if i'm competent enough in passing nclex.

my advice is to do some research and you choose who you want to work with. you have to like the area and want to work there not just to come to the u.s.

i am sure there are many who can recommend many employers but everyone has their own personal likes and dislikes.

about the nclex, i am not a nurse but do think it is sort of normal to feel a little pressure before taking it. don't keep belittling yourself and instead tell yourself you can do this and be confident. i am sure you will pass it and put it behind you soon. best wishes to you my friend. :icon_hug:

Please check out the International forum. No employer, agency ot hospital, is going to offer anything until you pass your exam, at least one for nursing, whether NCLEX or CGFNS................And have you taken the series of English exams yet?

We also do not offer lists of employers here.
