A few different questions

Aspirin is a generic name, trade name would just be some brand names, over here in the US, we have Bayer, St. Joseph's, etc. Most just purchase by the generic name as it is cheaper. But they are only brand names, it is just called "Bayer Aspirin", etc.

Ammonium Choride is just that, actually a chemical. Different labs make it, and call it "Ammonium Chloride" -- I have never seen it by a trade name.

For extracting the thrombus, you have acouple of optios, depending on where it is located. If in a femoral vein, as an example, you make a little nick or slit in the skin at the groin level, and insert what we call a Fogarty catheter, think of a very skinny catheter that you use in a bladder, that also has a ballon. But the ballon is onl yused with a tb syringe. You try to thread the catheter below the thrombus, then inflate the balloon and withdraw it, hopefully taking the clot with you.

With shunts in the arm for dialysis, sometimes this same techniques works, only a much shorter catheter inserted directly in the arm, but many times it requires a larger incision to clean everything out.
