A Big Thank You

Published

I know that, as nurses, you deal with alot of (r@p. You deal with patients who are needy, patients that are dieing, and their families and all that entails. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for caring, thank you for taking that extra five minutes to actually listen to your patient. It really means alot to us (at least some of us, there will always be those people who are never satisfied).

Remember...It is appreciated.

Meg

....Thank you so much for your OP.

I felt like I should. I am always reading how poorly you guys are treated by patients and their families, I wanted to make sure you knew there are those of us who appreciate all you do for us. All the hard work, and many hours you put in.

Originally that is why I joined here. The science and I did not get along. Now I am working toward becoming what is called a child life specialist which is a person who helps kids through being in the hospital.

Sounds like a career made just for you! Keep us posted on your journey!
