I have the Marieb book as well. My first test is next Monday! I'm really nervous. Between the lecture and the labs it all gets so confusing already. I bought my book new and it came with this CD that goes along with the chapters in the book and it seems pretty helpful. I don't know if you have it or not, but if you do it might be of some use!

We are doing chapters 1-3. I'm having more trouble with the cells and everything that goes along with them rather than chemistry though. I feel like the information is so overwhelming!

lol I think all of us feel that way! do you use coursecompass? My teacher has us take the chapter tests and after I take it I copy and paste it to microsoft word..print it and look in the book/online/ and in my lab manual for the correct answers on questions I missed.. it's a good study tool!!

That's a good idea! He doesn't really have us do much. He just lectures and, I mean, he's an awesome teacher. He makes it fun, but I have a hard time remembering things without practice. I guess he wants us to take it upon ourselves to figure out our own learning styles or something.
