I'm considering taking A&P(lecture and lab) on line. Any one tried taking A&P online before? Please let me know any pros or cons you have experienced.

I am currently taking A&PI online. When someone asks me if online classes are easier or harder, I always say: "Expect to work a lot more than you would in an in-person class." The material is the same, but there are a lot more assignments. A friend of mine is taking the same class in-person right now and she has a total of 5 tests - no midterm or final. She does go to class 2 days a week and to the lab one day a week. I take the class online and have a test and essay every week, and at least 2 lab assignments every week. For me it is perfect though, I hate driving to and from class and just sitting there, listening to a professor read the syllabus and listen to fellow student talk and giggle throughout the class. I feel like I am learning a lot more online, because I have to turn in more work. You do need to be very disciplined, there are no set times for class, so it's all up to you. It's really a personal decision. I hope you make the right one for you! Good luck!
