Anyone taking A&P 152 @ Delta this Summer and would like to form a study group? I'm a little nervous about taking it in a short semester, however, I'm sure it will be doable. I'm a mother of teens so I won't have to worry about caring for small children at least. Looking forward to meeting many future nurses @ Delta College! :wink2: :nurse:

I'm not in A&P at Delta but wanted to write anyway because I never see anyone on here from Delta or SVSU. I am applying to start SVSU's nursing program in the Fall. I've completed everything in the application process and am now just waiting to hear if I am accepted. When and where are you applying for nursing? I took A&P last summer at SVSU. It was a lot of work but I really enjoyed it and did well. How many children do you have and how old are they? I have a two year old and a five month old. Good luck on your class-I'd love to hear back from you and compare notes!

I'm currently attending Delta and will be done with prereqs and validate this winter. While I'm waiting to get into clinicals I want to get my certificate in personal training, it's something I've always wanted to do. I have 3 girls...21, 17 & 16. As you can tell I'm starting nursing a little later in life than most. I've met another lady in my class this term that is going for her ADN as well. She & I have decided to finish our remaining prereq classes together, so it should be fun. At least we'll have another person to study with if needed. I'm so glad you've responded to my post. I wasn't sure if I would get anyone at all, but I'd hoped! What type of things do you enjoy when you've got a little free time?
