Good. I went in 2012 for general info and was mainly there to get last-minute specifics this time in case anything changed since the merger (not much).

If they happen to mention anything tomorrow about delays with applying on NursingCAS, would you mind posting it? Otherwise I will be contacting them tomorrow with some other questions and will ask then.

Okay cool, I'm excited to go today! I emailed admissions yesterday about the designation not being up yet and they haven't responded...

I will definitely let you know if I hear anything. Also, I did contact admissions about whether or not I can turn in my application before taking the HESI and they said yes. Let me know if you hear anything before I do!

Hey! I just got my semester grades and submitted my application!! Let the wait begin! hahaha. I want more people to start posting on here so we can get to know some of our future classmates! (fingers crossed). Would you mind sharing your nursing gpa and hesi score? My nursing gpa is a 3.82 right now (but I will be taking a class this summer and fall).

Great to hear! I keep hoping for more too. Sounds like you have a solid app based on the statistics on the website. I have a 4.0 in nursing science and will be taking Chem in the fall, so ideally it won't matter and I just have to pass (not that I'm worried about that one). And history this summer will only affect my cumulative. I got a 98 on the HESI. I know I have a good shot but I'm still extremely nervous because my school options are so limited this year and the "what-ifs"are playing in my head.

Review an A&P text and review the Elsevier study materials. I did better on the real thing than on the practice tests, so if you're not doing as well as you would like on the practice, take it with a grain of salt, work on your weak areas, and relax on test day.

Okay that is good advice, thank you! As far as the AP section goes, is there anything on metric conversions or anything at all chemistry related? I took the physiology placement test for my school and that was literally all that was on that test!

I did find out some more information regarding supplemental applications that A&M sends out. The advisor there told me they normally send them out in June/July/August (most likely depending on when you submitted app). She also said EVERYTHING must be submitted before they will send them out, which includes HESI scores obviously (for me).

I feel like you are a shoe-in for the program, your grades are amazing :)
