Hi,I am an ER nurse and I was wondering if anyone has heard of WhiteGlove or Nurses 24/7, formerly (Nurses prn). I have never traveled before so I want to get some feedback. Neither of these agencies seems very professional to me. And I feel like I am getting the runaround. I have been dealing with Whiteglove since July and found out today that they hadn't even submitted my profile yet, even though my paperwork has been complete for 2 months. I have told this recruiter what I was looking for a million times and its like she doesn't even listen because she keeps asking me the same questions over and over. The agency claims to staff all major NYC hospitals in Manhattan yet they only have 3 hospitals available and only one is in Manhattan. Plus, I sent this recruiter 2 emails and called her twice and she never got back to me and then they directed me to someone else last week who said she would submit my profile to these hospitals and tols me to call back today. I did that and not only did she not submit my profile, she didn't even remember speaking to me! Both agencies act more like I am bothering them and seem totally disinterested in placing me, even though I have TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, PALS, NALS and BCLS. Also when I asked them about housing and pay , etc they said that they don't deal with the housing and once I got an assignment the housing people would contact me. Is this normal????
