im so nervous!!! utmbg is my first pick! anyone get replies yet? im biting my nails off here? also... there is a fb group? can i please get an invite?

Hi Nadya! Once you have been accepted I can give you an invite to the fb group. Fingers crossed that they will be sending that info out VERY SOON!!

My guess is that the next two weeks will be busy in admissions because it is our break from classes. Good Luck!!

Still waiting! Lol so nervous. Question though, I know I read a few posts about living situations, but I am wondering if y'all have put down deposits at an apartment yet to hold a spot not knowing if you got in to UTMB? That's what I'm most worried about. When do I start looking at places.

Yes, I applied to 2 adn programs wharton ( which I just found out I didn't get in) and blinn. I missed most of the deadlines to the BSN programs I am interested in. So I'm getting all of my applications in order for spring if I don't make it into blinn or utmb :-)

I think I'm going to apply to San Jac for the fall semester as a backup plan.. I'm getting so worried about not hearing anything from utmb so far..

Hi, this is my first time ever posting on here. This thread already has 60+ pages and I really don't have time to read through all of that in the midst of exams and finals.

But yay! I heard back from UTMB last week and got accepted! I was really worried because my transcripts were sent in a month after the due date, but it looks like everything worked out.

I was just wonder if a lot of people were from Houston? And what would you guys think would be the best thing to do about the distance. Should I just drive in everyday? Or stay in a dorm? Apt?

Congrats decisions!!! What were your stats if you don't mind sharing? I'm from Houston and I haven't heard back from utmb but if I did I think it really just depends on how deep in Houston you are. If your living close to the beltway 8 & 45 south area it's a doable drive...however if u live in north Houston or Katy area then I wouldn't recommend it. Honestly from what I heard u only actually have classes on campus a few days a week sooo you wouldn't have to drive to the island 5 days a week. But Yess hunny congrats to you! My names crystal and I hope to be one of you're new classmates this fall lol
