I am applying to UTHSC Houston - Fall 2013. Anybody else?

I was finally contacted yesterday and was told my transcript was sent out a week ago but I have not received it. I also had 2 classes that was not given credit for. I completed all courses and they just had to update it. I can't believe it's coming so close! Wishing everyone the best of luck! =)

I just got my transcript evaluation yesterday! Can finally breathe a sigh of relief!! Does anyone know if we'll find out this month or April about acceptance? Good luck everyone :)

Hey guys! I sent an e-mail to the main admissions office to ask about the transcript evaluations and she told me to send a request to the SON and that they only send out evaluations if their registrars office request one. I sent an e-mail to them requesting one but I'm waiting to hear back. I'm still not sure why the registrar would request the evaluations on just some applicants and not all. Out of speculation only, I would think maybe to clarify some transferred credit because it seems by reading this thread that a lot of the transcript evaluations had mistakes?? Only speculations though, who really knows??

Hey nici, I never requested an evaluation but I received it yesterday and it had no mistakes. I'm not sure why they are sending them out selectively? Weird...

I also emailed SON, but no lack so far. I haven't received the transcript evaluation yet. At this point, I don't think that I will get one though.

nici- my transcript eval actually didn't have any mistakes on it. It took me over three months and a million requests to get though. My sister who is also applying recieved hers months ago but hers did have some mistakes on it she had to get fixed. I feel like there is really no rhyme or reason to this process haha... so confusing.

Mine had the date of Feb. 14th, and I received it Mar. 4...A lot of people got theirs last week. They are probably still sending them out? Maybe you all will receive them in the next few days

Same thing for mine! It was dated for like feb 21st and I recieved it a week ago. Maybe they go through a certain amount and then send them out in masses.

I'm just ready for it all to be said and done with! I dont know what will happen to my nerves if I end up getting waitlisted and have to wait longer... haha
