St. Philips College 2013 Fall LVN Program...

I'm turning in my application for the Fall 2013 LVN Program today. Has anyone applied and gotten in? How is it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finished all those classes too, just got my finger prints done for the background check & finished the canvas yesterday & printed the certificate. So I'm set to go so far.

Good job! I'm doing the canvas course right now & have my fingerprints scheduled for Tuesday.

That's great! I'm still so excited that school will be starting soon, just want to know what my schedule will look like! I think I'll be taking 12 hours since I got anatomy, nutrition, & psychology done. But we will see! Still have lots to do to get ready. I've never attended st Phillips college before, I'm a transfer from utsa, so I live all the way off dezavala. I hope traffic isn't bad!

I want to know my schedule too! Maybe they are waiting to get our background checks before they register us for classes? I live right by all the hospitals on Louis Pasteur.

I'm doing my fingerprints on Monday, I haven't started my canvas though. I'm probably going to do that on Monday when I'm off of work. I want to know my schedule so I can start buying books already. The list is so long!

Yea the list is very long! R y'all buying scrubs yet? I bought a few pairs today, but still looking 4 some more. I don't want to buy expensive since its just to wear to school.

I thought we had to buy their special scrubs from the school?

Yea the ones we buy from school are for our clinicals. Class & lab is any kind of scrubs. At least that's how I understood it on our acceptance letter.

Oh. You are right. Okay. I already have lots of scrubs. I'm a CNA. I think I'll buy more scrubs though I love to shop lol.

I emailed Peggy & she said she will register is for classes sometime in the first week of August.

I started writing down the prices for new books the other day but got tired half way through the first page. Lol. I'll try & finish soon & let y'all know. The books on the list are for the entire LVN program. Are you buying them all at once or just what you need for the first semester?
