New grad pay in DFW?

Does anyone have some insight to offer? I got my BSN and I've just been hired as a new grad in the ICU of medium sized hospital in the mid-cities area. Also, I'll be working nights. I've got 1y experience as a Nurse Extern. I'm pretty unfamiliar with starting salaries for new grads as well as differential pay. I'm also open to any advice for a new grad in the ICU!

More then likely its if the person signs up for a "bonus shift" then they get an extra $10 an hour on top of the other pay. Usually this is if they need more staffing on certain days.
