I Just moved to the dallas area I am a LVN and suggestions where I should apply..

Hello, I am a LVN and I recently moved to Texas I am in the Dallas area. Does anyone know where I should start trying to apply I am interested in a M-F Job and a every other weekend job....I have less than a year experience but have been the health care field for over 5 years... PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

a lot of the hospitals out here dont hire LVNS. but i do see a lot of dr. offices hiring for MA's but will also take LVN. i know parkland does hire LVN, but its for their public health clinics. the rest are nursing homes. concentra, carenow, and primacare (urgent care clinics) hire LVN. good luck.

Most LTCF have M-F positions and hire mostly LVNs. You could also apply at a LTACH like Kindred or Healthsouth. The big hospitals don't hire many LVNs but sometimes there are openings, you just have to search often and apply to every possibility. There also seem to be many ads for LVNs in offices and clinics that would most likely be day shift with weekends off.
