Hello,
Is anyone applying to HCC for the upcoming fall semester? I just recently turned in my application.

Oh ok. So you were wanting evening classes. Well I hope in the fall they have something for you, most likely. Just be aware that some courses are only offered in the morning. Hopefully they'll change that to give people who work a chance to have an evening class

Yes I'm in the program (2nd semester out of 5); like it so far. So much knowledge but it does go in a fast pace. Don't expect mercy.. Keep up with everything. As in always ask questions and expect the unexpected.
Ok cool thanks...good luck to you!!
Thanks! Let me know if you need anything...

Hello everyone! I recently got the email about orientation on july 19th. I was wondering if anyone has been through it before and what to expect? I have my shots and cpr done just waiting on my blue card from BON. Just wondering what all they do on day 1 od orientation and day 2. Thanks in advance!
You applied for ADN or lvn?
For the ADN program.
I'm trying to remember what they do lol. We had an orientation before pharmacology and after pharmacology. The way it went with us:
First orientation, go over the program, go over the necessary items needed to submit at the end of the pharmacology semester, pharmacology requirements plus books needed, Edose exam, introduce some staff from ADN department. It's a pretty lame orientation, in my opinion. But you get free lunch!
Second orientation, all items needed to be turned in at this time, go over all the books needed for the rest of ADN program, order our hcc ADN scrubs, perform pee test at school as well... And that's it.
