I am going to study up! For some apparent reason they won't have the dates for the exam until July! Which is crazy! I got an A in Micro, a B in a&p1, and a C in a&p2. I have all of my gen ed courses done english comp, nutrition, psychology, music app ( for the humanities course) and I will be taking stat's next semester! I will have a 2.8-2.9 When I apply! What do you think my chances are getting in! LOL! Sorry for all of that! I'm just really anxious!
as far as your chances, certainly its hard to say. get that GPA up if you can, and you have to DESTROY the NLN. You can do it.
if i can be of any more help, let me know.

how easy/hard the test is really depends on 2 things: how bright you are and how prepared you are. i consider myself pretty bright, and i was prepared, i only missed like 4 questions. for some, the test is impossible, for the majority, its hard but doable.
if you dont already have the tan nln review book get it. you dont have much time, so start absorbing everything in there.
as far as the english part, either you know the words or you dont. review some roots, stems, etc.
math: review decimals, percents, geometry, algebra, division and mult. with decimals, stuff like that
science: review A&P, bio, micro, and physics.
if i can be of any further help, let me know.
0Jul 5, '09 by Shandra2008Thanks bicster! I have that book by mary mcdonald and I have been trying to study a little of it! I'm gonna get on the ball and study more! I have 3 weeks so I'm gonna do the practice test and everything to see how familiar I am with this stuff! Thanks so much! I will be sure to let you know if I need anything else!

ALSO! I know that we go to the simulation labs for the first few weeks, well during those weeks do we have to be there at like 6:30? Cause I know clinicals are scheduled to start at like 6:30.Last edit by tnbutterfly on Jul 31, '09
