TEAS V score

Nursing Students TEAS

what was your TEAS score? how long did you study? what material did you use?

AIS of 84% with no pre-requisite completion and a grand total of six days study time, combined with the stress of an accident that totalled my van (gotta love those folks who confuse the gas for the brakes!). It can be done! Best wishes to you :)

84.7%. But honestly, I had no idea I was even going to take the TEAS! The assessment we had to take to apply to the program was something different (they just changed it to the TEAS this semester), but they had all new students come in to take the TEAS before the semester started, just to see where everyone was at. I didn't even know what kind of test were were going to be taken, I just got an e-mail the week before that said to be at a certain place at a certain time to take an assessment test. So I had no idea even what to study for...However, I had just taken an Algebra class that summer, and that certainly helped a lot. And I had just taken A&P the previous school year, so some of the science was more fresh in my mind then it otherwise would've been.

See now you're just showing off! Hahaha! 98% with just 2 weeks of studying- you need to share some of that super power you have!

Great job!! You are definitely going places!

I made a 90.7 without studying. You can do it!

Hi everyone!!!!

Could you . please, tell me/ or transfer me to somewhere where I can take look at them the approximate questions from the TEAS test. I mean, of course, there are alot of them, but maybe yo can tell me what to expect from that test. Thanks!

There is no place for that except the TEAS study guide from ATI. You can go to this website : Homeurchase the book and the 2 online practice exams.

I got an 80.7% and I studied for a month straight. I used the ATI study manual and a few books from the library like Algebra for Dummies, Biology for Dummies, and Chemistry for Dummies.

Hey callie! What other dummy books did you borrow and their specific titles? I'm going to my school's library tomorrow to brush up on stuff but don't know which book to get.

Btw, do you have any further advices on reading comprehension? I'm so terrible at inferring, understanding the main idea/title, or what have you. I read my textbooks and I get it just fine! But obviously I'm not as good as I think coming from the TEAS.

thank you for your help :)

I took it earlier today. Finished in 2 hours with a 86.7%, which is the 97% percentile. I didn't study other than a quick review of the science sections of the McGrawHill book last night.

Wow that's amazing! I've been studying for the past 3 weeks and I took the practice exam and got a 64% :(
