Nursing Students TEAS

Published

Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.

Please copy the scores below and then change them to your own, in your post! thanks! Please make sure to check your Program Type! It's right under the name of the school where you took it, on your score sheet.

Some ADN programs require chemistry.

Our ADN program requires chemistry.

I took the TEAS on Wednesday through a PSI testing center in Orange County,CA.

Good luck to all!

Hello Everyone. I took the TeasV 2wks ago. I was so nervous. I studied using the McGraw 5 Practice tests, ATI study book, and I took both online tests. I scored a 62%, and 66% so I was nervous that I wouldn't score high enough for the actual test. The actual seemed easier than all the practice tests I did. I scored a 80.7% on the actual exam!!! I am so happy. Yes, maybe it would have been higher if I would have studied longer, but the program where I applied only required a 75%.

This was my 2nd attempt, only because it had been a year since my first one. AIS was 82 on first attempt.

Does anyone know if this is good enough to get into a very competitive program that seems to admit mostly based on TEAS scores? They probably have a couple hundred applicants for ~40 spots. I did not get into my top 3 choices of BSN programs with a GPA of over 3.6, but none of those asked for or looked at TEAS scores.

Thanks!

Oh, and ATI preparedness level was Advanced. :-)

Math was an overall disaster (ran out of time)...too many word problems and panicked when I saw the remaining time. It's unfortunate because math was my ace in the hole within the 80-90+ range on the 5 TEAS Practice tests from McGraw Hill, the ATI study guide, and online practice tests. Did not see that coming. I'm not thrilled with my score but it is what it is.

Man that sucks because you score would have been a lot higher since you did so well in the other sections! I got a 90% in math but my program weights math subsection of my teas the lowest so to bad it wont help me too much haha. Your score still was really good!
