Frontier's Physical Assessment class

I have a question regarding Frontier's Physical Assessment class. I am wanting to apply to Class 139 and have to take the Physical Assessment class. The problem is that the class starts on January 5th and should end in April if I am reading the calendar correctly. The deadline for Class 139 is on March 13th. The admissions counselor at Frontier said that I would need to be finished before I applied. My question is did any of you apply before you were finished and how did that turn out? Did you get in? Were you waitlisted? I could apply to Class 140 that has a deadline of April 27th; however, it has a Frontier Bound date of August 17th which is when I will be mentoring the new teacher who is to take over for me in the classroom. Just need some guidance. Thanks.

So if I'm understanding your query correctly you need to take the PA class in the winter term, Jan 5th - March 20th. And you want to apply to a class that takes applicants until Mar 13th, but someone indicated you need to be done with the class prior to submitting your application. You are wondering if that week of overlap would be an issue, is that correct?

I would highly doubt that the week of overlap would be an issue, but you should direct your query with specifics to the admissions folks in person, they will be more than willing to help you with an answer to that question. You may also be able to get assistance from your advisor who should be able to help you with the process.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't really think that it would be a problem since surely at that point they would know if I was going to pass or not.

It was someone at Frontier that told me that I would need to be finished before applying. I had asked in an email. I don't have a clue who my advisor would even be. That is why I asked the question here. I want to see if anyone else has been in a similar circumstance and if so how it turned out.

I emailed admissions with a similar question several months ago and was told all requirements would need to be completed before the admission deadline. In your case, the class would need to be completed for your application to even be considered. Your best bet would be to wait until the class is completed and then apply for the later class.
