Happy School Nurses day

Hi all my partners in crime out there....Just wanted to tell all of you happy school nurses day. I hope you all have a great day and remember, summer vacation is just around the corner

Our superintendent came by and told me Happy Nurses Day. He also told all the teacher's he appreciated them for teacher appreciation week. I did not receive anything from anyone in my building. Got gifts from other nurses in the district. There was a Teacher Appreciation breakfast that I was asked to help decorate for:-)

I know it's late, but for School Nurse Day the District staff got me a lovely purple plant, a $20 gift card to an awesome restaurant and an awesome Nurse doll. The doll is dressed in the traditional white nurse uniform with the cap and white shoes. She winds up in the back and plays music while her head moves side to side. It's the most beautiful doll I ever received. Plus, I got to pig out at one of my school sites because they had a Taco Man come for Teacher's Week. Omgosh I'm still dreaming about those tacos. Basically it was the best first School Nurse Day ever :)
