Thank you greeneyes and Chris .... thats sounds like a really good idea...I did sign up for those two classes for fall too.....something to think about..... Someone said that RIC last years graduating class scored 90+ passing rate on the NCLEX too. In the US the average is about 82 or 83. So theyre doing something right.

Everyones got such interesting ccri news!.. i am in the same boat as most, i have all my pre-req classes done EXCEPT for micro which i am taking with professor pendola in fall 08.

SO my question to all of you is.. What am I up against? If there is anyone here who got accepted by the proformance based applications I am wondering what you recieved for a grade in your pre-reqs, what your GPA was and what your teas test scores were? Also I'm intrested to know the same info. for the people who recieved a "maybe"

I am taking the teas test in 2 weeks and i've been studying my butt off i am so nervous.

in Fall 07 & spring 08 i took my pre-reqs and recieved all A's and a 4.0 gpa both semesters. its sad that some nights i stay up wondering if straight A's and a 4.0 GPA will even be enough for me to get in when i apply this coming feb!

hopefully someone can answer your questions... I cant have a ways to go..... I was told by someone that talked with Enrollment recently that they added that you would need a humanities as a pre-reqs now as well which she is taking this fall then apply for Febuary....

Good luck on your TEAS...if your two nervous why not take it in Dec or Jan seeing it doesnt matter since you can only retake it 1x a year? But with your perfect GPA youll do just fine (50% +)

Hi PinkBMW!

I would think you'd get in for Fall '09. I was accepted as an alternate for THIS fall and I didn't have all A's. B's in Anatomy, Physiology and Dosage. The rest of the classes I had A's. I haven't gotten a call yet, which is depressing, but I guess they can call a week into classes. I'm considering taking Dosage again this fall so I can have an A when I apply again. I also have to take the TEAS again because they upped the Math scores and I will miss it by a point or two. That was good advice to wait and take the TEAS-- I don't know how good with Math you are. (I'm NOT!) There are also a couple of Science and Anatomy questions on it. Good Luck with everything... Maybe we'll be going to school together in '09... if I don't go this year!
