QI/QA Pay Scales

Currently, I am a QA Nurse and am a LPN. I make $21.00 /hour. It is less than when I worked in a nursing home, but I work Monday - Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and don't have to work weekends or holidays. I like the work. There is absolutely no patient contact, but I do quality assurance to insurance claims. It is interesting.

I make more as the QA Coordinator, but it is also a APN position. Everyday I amthankful that I have this job just for the flexibilty and bascially making my own hours!!

My position is an APN position, I am grateful for my flexible hours but when I come back from vacation my work is waiting for me.
