UTHealth Houston Fall 2016 Acceptance Question

Hello everyone I am new to this forum and I've been looking around and saw many pages for UTHEALTH houston but it was mostly about pre reqs or the actual admission process. I am making this to ask anyone who has actually already been accepted for the fall 2016 semester. Did you receive an email first? A letter in the mail? I have not heard back I only received a copy of my transcript about a month ago but that was it the lady on the phone told me they would start to send out letters in April but I have not received anything. Does anyone know if you still receive a letter to let you know if you did not make it into the program? Or only the people who did get in receive a letter? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

MY myUTH page updated first, once I accepted I received an email about my status being changed.. which was a little backwards. Yesterday, I received the official acceptance email from the school. Letters were supposed to go out yesterday to everyone as well and then reach us by next week.
