by Themary89 Oct 8, '12Hello fellow nursing students,I just took the TEAS V on Monday and got an 80% individual score and placed in the Advanced Category. I have an overall GPA of 3.72 and am applying to SJSU, SFSU, Dominican University of California, and Seattle University. I also have over 100 hours of volunteer experience in an ER setting, and am also a certified EMT-B. My top choice is SJSU, and their impaction score cutoff for admission Fall 2011 was 10.2, I believe (if anyone knows for sure, please let me know!) I have calculated my impaction score for that school and am coming in around 10.79. I am wondering if I should retake the test to potentially increase my score, or just focus on getting A's in the three prerequisites I am finishing up (Micro, Physio, and Chem). Also, does anyone know the stats (GPA, TEAS scores) for accepted SFSU nursing students?

Jan 8 by VeronikaRNI don't really know anything about your school, but 80 is not bad. I would focus on getting As in the prereqs because gpa matters especially in prereqs -
