Should I still pursue Nursing as a career even if I'm not excellent in math?

To start, I am great in science! I love science. This is my second semester in college. I have an A in A&P I and the lab and I have a B in Biology and an A in that lab. Science is very interesting and I can engage in it. However, math has always been my weakness. I mean I can do basic math like add and subtract however functions and equations tend to confuse and frustrate me. I'm in intermediate algebra now and its ok but I take College Algebra in the fall. I'm so scared. I really need to pass College Algebra. But first I need to pass Intermediate! I have a C in the class now. I know in nursing school I will have to do conversions and all that and know the proper dosages. I am just really intimidated. I know that I will have to take pharmacology in nursing school and that is math. I do not know what to do!!! Should I change majors? Thoughts?

Go on the internet to khanacademy.org, there are some wonderful math tutorials on there. You can go from basic math to algebra , calculus etc. After you watch a segment there are some great practice problems. It is a wonderful website that really makes math problems very easy to comprehend.
