I agree with the other posters; you're okay. I had one really bad semester in college (and I mean D-, D-, and F) because of life events and I still got in, and college is definitely more important than HS on nursing school admission! When you do apply to nursing school, often the school will let you write a letter with your application. If they do, explain your HS circumstances in the letter. If you have good grades otherwise, like I did, you still have a good chance of getting in. People who run nursing schools are still people, they understand that not everyone is perfect all of the time.
