Just signed up for my pre-reqs at Mesa Community College. So excited!

I'm taking General Biology (BIO 181) this summer starting in about a month then Human Anatomy and Physiology I (BIO 201) and Fundamental Chemistry (CHM 130) this fall. Those are the only pre-requisites I needed since I've already taken the others the last time I went to college.

The advisor didn't mention it, but I'm a little worried my English classes are too old to be accepted. I took those 8 years ago. If I have to retake them, I will. Oh well! But of course I'd rather not especially since I earned a BA 3 years ago. It was in film so completely different from this :)

I'd really like to take a faster route. I heard about the concurrent enrollment program (CEP) which sounds fine, but I'm more interested in the post-bac option. I'd need to speak with a university advisor on that one, though.

Do you have any advice or tips to give me on these classes or the CEP or post-bac options? I'd love to hear what you think!

I'm so excited! I can't wait to be back in school and starting this journey. I have had a dream of being an obgyn nurse for about 10 years! I'm finally being daring enough to go for it.

When I first started 15 years ago I had taken A&P I and a communications class and I got to keep mine. There wasn't an issue with it. I don't know if it is because I went back to the same school or what, but I was pleasantly surprised I did not have to repeat those classes.
