Im scared out of my mind for Anatomy

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Hi guys

I'll be starting with my first nursing prerequisite class anatomy this fall and I'm so scared, never taken any of these classes I usually have to study extra hard and work extra hard for my grades. I work full time as a LVN on the med/Surg floor at a hospital. Any suggestions as to how to study or what to expect would really help. Thnk you! ?

I took both A&P classes in only 2 hours each and got As both times :D

You are correct that there is SOME anatomy that is taught during the LPN program but the course the OP stated "Anatomy & Physiology" that is required for the RN degree is not the same. A&P 1 and A&P 2 is MUCH more concentrated and advanced than what an LPN takes for their license. That was the point of her thread.

A&P is really not that bad, its actually very interesting. I took them both in the same summer and managed an A in both. It should honestly be the least of your worries if your a hard worker like you stated.
