Hesi A2 Entrance Exam

I can tell you to take a large, deep breath and relax. The test is a big deal but I have to say freaking out isn't productive for you. The test is long and comprehensive but it's not that bad I assure you. As far as HESI A2 help, I do have some options for you. Go here: https://sites.google.com/site/apinnerworkings/

There you'll find decent study guides to give you an idea what to expect. I recommend specifically the HESI outline I found. All of the study guides are free to download and are on the HESI A2 tab under "free stuff." The downloads are at the bottom of the page. When I finished the test, I wrote a review of it. You can search my name here to read it. I've also found useful resources and put them on my site as well. I hope this helps and remember to breathe, chillax, and realize that you can do this.

I just took the HESI today. Totally bombed the A&P section.. That book I bought was a complete waste!! (Evolve Reach)

Only allowed two attempts within a year, so cant imagine what I'll do If I fail next time.

Surprised I even got 50% considering I spent almost a week studying pure crap. The fact that there were only 30 questions took me by surprise. I focused all of my attention of memorizing the hormones for the Endocrine system.. bleh

I wish I could try a few practice tests of the HESI actually resembles the tests layout.. But the evolve website is such a mess and so hard to navigate. I'll give your outline a try Floridatrail

FlordiaTrail, Wow that is great. Thank you! Do you suggest going into a lot of detail on these topics? For example, cell respiration I just kind of studied glycolisis and where it happens and what is produced during it... same with Krebs cycle and Electron transport chain... I shouldn't need much more deatil than that correct? Ugh and that kingdom junk... just won't stay with me!!!!!!!!

I didn't have to take the A&P, Chemistry, or Physics portion of the test. I wouldn't bother your self with the tiny, minute details. I would recommend a nice overview of each subject. It's nearly impossible to remember all of it out of all the subjects. I would know a little bit of everything from each subject. I put an outline on my site that should narrow you studies somewhat.
