Beginning Nursing School in the Summer?

I was wondering if anyone else will be starting nursing school in the Summer. I have talked to the nursing department where I attend and they said that the summer is not a good time to start because they have to cram all the information into ten weeks. I can imagine it will be stressful but I was wondering if anyone on here has heard of anyone starting in the Summer and if so if they found it to be too much.

I'm starting in the summer at Jefferson State. At orientation they said it was going to be hard, but not impossible. Just have to study and not work. I hope i can do it.
