Any Vernon College LVN students.. or soon to be students?

I applied for the Fall LVN progam at Vernon College for the Wichita Falls campus. I too am biting nails. We had the orientation (or student informational meeting) this past week. But they didn't say anything that I didn't already know or rather wanted to hear which is that I got in. I am checking the mail all the time. I want to get in so bad. I know I will be a great Nurse. I wish you lots of luck and hope that you get in. I will let you know when I get my letter in the mail. They said that they would send them out this week. So keep your fingers crossed and have faith.

I will be in the day class. But I am at the Wichita campus.

Congrats Laytonbi!!! They sent out the letters for the Wichita campus already? I hope I receive my letter tomorrow. I've been checking the mail everyday because at the orientation they said they would be sending them out this week.

Yes they did send them out. And they took to long. But it did come. I think they send out so many and then wait to get a respond from those and send out more to fill in the spaces that some people declined. Cause when I called them after I got the letter. Like the letter told me to. They wanted to know if I was going to accept or decline.

***** called me this morning saying that my letter got returned to sender because I had moved. She said that she would send it again today. I wrote my new address on that notepad from orientation, and I updated it with the school. I'm glad that she called and didn't scratch my name off the list. Whoo-hoo I got accepted!!!
