Nursing Students Post Graduate

Anyone applying to WesternU's MSN-E program? If so, do you know when they will start the interview process? What they look for in their applicants (gpa, extracurricular, etc)?

Current students--What were your stats like?

Any information would be helpful =)

Thanks in advance!

Hey bblue11. I got my hepa b and rubella titers at western u. Those two cost $30. You can get more info by calling western u's med plaza.

You don't need to get another HepB vaccine if you got one when you were younger, do you? I'm still waiting to get my health requirements sheet.

I'm not quite sure ilnurse15. What I'm quite sure of is that we all need to get out titers first. If they turn out positive for immunity then we don't need immunizations

Hi Ilnurse,

You still need to get a titer for Hep B even though you had it as a kid. I had the series when I was 13 but I was still required to get the series done since my antibodies were low in the titer.

Thanks for the info summerslippers. I just got all my titers done. One less thing to do on the check list...

Has anyone received their financial aid award letter? I don't know whats taking so long.

I went to Hansen and looked you need to go to the financial aid section and follow the instructions before they let you accept your award letter. I just finished that part and I'm still waiting for my award letter

any current students here?
