I need help with place the steps in this situation in the correct order:

County agency ensures child is safe immediately.

Health care provider delivers an infant with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.

County agency contacts parents, sees child, and provides services within time frames set by law.

Health care provider reports to county agency immediately.

2. Provider reports issue to Child hotline.

3. County based child service agency receives report, determines if imminent threat to child, assigns county social worker.

4. County social worker conducts investigation, reports to supervisor findings.

5. Outcome issue determined.
