Any good medication pt education sites online? The kind that would allow me to print out handouts?

Easy drug search info: go to our search enginge top left corner, click down arrow to "Medline Plus, Drugs", type in name to the left --presto found teaching material to print.

I use http://www.medscape.com/nurses-home for almost everything.You have to register (free) to use it. Once you are in just type the drug name in the search box, select "Drug Reference". If the drug comes in more than one form it will give you a list to choose from. When you get to the drug's page one of the tabs will be "Patient Handout".

this is useful for me as a patient, i liked the place where you can plug in your meds and it tells you if there is a interaction. I found one i never would have known of that I need to watch. One of my meds makes a person more likely to have seizures and another med lowers your seizure threshold...need to watch that
