Coumadin Education Resources?

I would like to know if anyone has resources for Coumadin teaching?

Here's something you could use; it has several different presentations, including a text form you could print out.

It's no longer recommended that patients change their diet and avoid foods high in vitamin K. Rather, they are instructed to be consistent in their intake.

Thank you very much. It is true, I know about the consistant intake of vitamin K. I made a copy of the information to place in a booklet I am making up for patient teaching, especially when I go to health fairs.

www.PTINR.com is a great website for patient education. You can also contact them and they will personally provide all the support literature needed.

I have been using this site for a couple of years. The company is QAS.

This is a gold mine, and I placed it in my favorites, plan to make copies at work tomorrow for our Coumadin Clinic. Thank you very much!
