Hello everyone! I wanted to get a discussion forum going for the elmsn program at sfsu. I thought it would be helpful if we can all chat about our questions, concerns, or anything really! I'm planning on applying for the program for fall 2017. With the application period just around the corner I've been feeling quite excited and anxious. I'll get things going here by asking if anyone has taken the gre before? My test date is in November. Man, is it hard to write a decent essay in 30 minutes or what?! Also, if it's not too personal I wanted to gather some statistical info on all of our backgrounds (gpa, pre req, etc). I believe a similar forum was done last year and I thought it was a great idea! Let's keep it going!

Hi! I'm applying for their Fall 2017 as well. I'm so nervous! I've been reading other threads about the school's program and I think they've been accepting only 20 people to the program. That's so crazy.

How are you studying for the GRE? I know they only accept the writing portion, but do you know if we have to take ALL of the other subjects too?
