Nursing Students School Programs

I'm thinking about applying for the GRU fall 2016 program. The application just opened up at the beginning of this month. Is there anyone else who is applying during this time frame? I'm really nervous and would love to hear about what others have completed so far... Including your TEAS score of you have them.

hey i also applied for fall 2016. i got 87 on teas. are you gru undergrad or transfer?

Im planning on appying for the BSN Program as well. I have two classes I want to complete before applying in order to raise my GPA. I havet taken the Teas test yet though...I hear its diffucullt to get into the prgram. Has anyone heard anything about that?

i talked to Sarah from GRU and she told me 400-500 typically apply and about 100 get in but that includes GRU students and transfer students.

If you don't mind sharing, what is your GPA and TEAS score?

If you don't mind sharing, what was your GPA?

I applied with a 3.31 and a 70 on the TEAS which hopefully is enough to get in. I have over 100 hours of shadowing and have ran multiple blood drives for the Red Cross, as well as references from doctors. I just received an email about the deadline being extended until Feb. 5th. :(

I recently talked to Sarah and she said it is rolling admission and some people were already admitted in December. She said they will sent out another round of admission "end of January" and then in early February. If you applied early, you will hear back early.

has anyone heard back?

I received a phone call last Friday afternoon! I applied the beginning of Dec. Has anyone received an actual acceptance letter yet?

was your phone call an acceptance call? what did say?

Yes..they asked if I would have all my prereq classes done my fall 2016...and asked if I would accept the offer..they said I would get a letter in the mail to confirm..but I haven't gotten anything yet
