Georgia Regents University (GRU) 2016

I'm thinking about applying for the GRU fall 2016 program. The application just opened up at the beginning of this month. Is there anyone else who is applying during this time frame? I'm really nervous and would love to hear about what others have completed so far... Including your TEAS score of you have them.

What were your stats?!!!

I haven't, but I didn't get my transcripts in until the 31st. Have you?

Yes..they asked if I would have all my prereq classes done my fall 2016...and asked if I would accept the offer..they said I would get a letter in the mail to confirm..but I haven't gotten anything yet

do you know if they are still looking at applications and how long they are going to take? sorry, i am a transfer student so i have no connections at GRU.. also, did you how many they are accepting at Augusta or Athens?

I am not sure of the numbers they are accepting at either campus....I believe that they are still looking at applications....because they extended the deadline for test scores and transcripts, etc to Feb 5th. Last year, I applied in December, but I didn't get a response until the summer. I was placed on the alternate list along with a bunch of other students in my micro class..some off the alternates were given spots...I was not so lucky last year...there still is hope!

Thank you!!! I think you still have a chance!!! I was reading the cnl thread...some of them got letters of acceptance while others got phone calls...so it could happen either way...have you checked your status on the admissions page?

Go to the gru.edu then click on admissions....once you are on the admissions page...click on check status...it will take you to a page where you fill out your info and then it will tell you your status...such as incomplete, ready for review, or decision made or something similar
