Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello!

Just wanted to start a thread for those who are applying for Bellevue College's ADN program for 2016-2017! I'm turning in my application in the next week and wanted to hear from those are as well or already have!!

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Hello! I have also just turned in my application, so now it's the hardest part... the waiting! :)

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii I just submitted mine too

Hoping to get accepted for the Fall 2016!!!

I was in the Biology major and after 2 years I decided Nursing school would be best!!

Best of luck everyone!! :) :)

Oh and can anyone list where else you guys are applying to??? I'm not from U.S so I've been researching good nursing schools I can apply to, but BC would be my first choice!

Hi, guys, I turned in my application today. Bellevue is the only college I applied to. I completed my pre-reqs in California and moved here last year. I hope we'll all get in!

Gummybear20, I have also turned in applications to Seattle Pacific University and Highline College for fall. I am looking at applying to other nursing programs as well. I hear how competitive Bellevue is and I want to have other options just in case they don't accept me. I am especially nervous because my TEAS score wasn't very impressive. Best of luck to everyone! Hopefully we can all meet in the fall, fingers crossed!

Are you guys willing to share your TEAS score? I made an 87.6. I went to an info session last year and I feel like they said if you make over 85 you should be good, but previous forums said to shoot for 90 :/.

I got an 84%, not as high as I would have liked, but not much I can do anymore! I've read previous posts from other threads and it seems like I'll either get waitlisted or get into winter.

Shoot for 90 is usually suggested because some years are more competitive than others and it gives you a better chance at fall quarter.

Hi! Melissa121 I got a 90 on my TEAS V. I know someone who got into the Fall program last year who got an 84. I think it just depends on the pool of applicants. I got an email yesterday saying that letters would be posted in April. Good luck to everyone.

I got 91.3 on my TEAS. I know someone who went to the info session on Feb 9th; they said they got about 120 applications till then (they'll be accepting 32 for fall and 32 for winter). At the info session I was in Dec, they said last year they had applicants with lower 80s on the waitlist and they accepted about 10 of them.
