Don't use abbreviations that aren't standard. I still have no idea what CTC stands for Charlie's Technical Connection? Connecticut Training Center?

Use a title that matches what you are looking for such as "seeking info on admissions to All Nurses University in MN". A nondescript title will be skipped by many.

Due to OP's posting history, I was able to ascertain that she might be referring to Columbus Technical. I have no information on this school.
