Does anyone know where the textbook can be purchased for"Weekley, Sally. A Practical Guide to Basic Statistics. Publisher: McGraw Hill.2013. [iSBN: 0078119820]. Approximate Price: $75.00. Required'?

This textbook is required for the courses, but it is newly published and seems nowhere this book can be purchased. This course will start2 weeks later. I am really worried how I can handle this course if I can not purchase the textbook.

I looked for you on several web sites and finally found a note from a web site called slugbooks.com that said, this book is only available from your school's bookstore.

I couldn't even find it by the IBSN number on google or amazon.

Email the instructor and ask them what you are supposed to do. I had one class where the instructor had a special deal directly with the publisher and a discount code. Or call the book store at OU and ask them if they plan to get it in. Good luck!

Statistics is bad enough....without a text, I'm thinking it will be impossible!!

I have called the OU bookstore and they sold out of the textbook 2 weeks ago, I have checked every website and it is not found anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions????

I wonder if the other OU campus' have their own bookstore? Worth checking out. or go to the publisher directly.

It is a problem if the bookstore doesn't purchase enough for the expected classes, they know ahead of time how many students can register for each section. Bad management in my humble opinion.

she will give you the web address for mcgraw -hill and will post at least the first chapter online for you to downline and maybe the second- the book is great . she explains things on inexperienced level and is very prompt to answer discussion board questions!!!!
