I started week 2 and man, it is MUCH easier!!!

Did you see in the DB instructions that it says to write a 3 paragraph essay on your cultural competency then right under it states to write at least 2 paragraphs no more than 4???? Seriously?? lol.

Week 2 here we come, took my "test yourself" and failed, working on discussion and references for my cultural summary. Why do they jam so much in to week 1 and then have way less to do on week 2? Oh and my TA is giving little to no feedback. Great!

WHYYYYYYY didn't I find this site earlier? Have been struggling thru week 1 of 414 and here are all kinds of hints and a place to comment (rage!) about what is going on this week. Will be checking this out and putting in my 2 cents! Can't believe I found it when trying to determine how to cite CCHPA!

I stumbled across elselvier myself when looking for page 802 or some such that wasn't in the book. Then stumbled across this board when trying to figure out citation. WOW, wish I'd known about it before!

I wish the instructions in these classes were a bit more clear. It seems you figure out a lot on your own or as you go. But I guess that's what you get when you are dealing with online classes. I am fairly new in the program and am finding if I can network with others it certainly helps.

Appreciate everyone's input. Getting a lot more insight here than on course Q&A.

Yes! That cracks me up...uh, duh...I think I'll go with 3 paragraphs.

OK, I also can't get ANYTHING to go after the genogram. Think it will matter if it goes on the last page? This thing is driving me insane.

I am having this same problem. Did you figure out how to get it done?

I did get it fixed. But I'm really not sure how, lol. I kept messing with stuff and finally it worked. I think I may have copy and pasted the entire genogram onto one of the first pages. Because when I was trying to insert page break, it kept putting pages in front of the genogram and moving it to the last page.

Ok, I submitted everything. I just have to do the test yourself thing and that's it! Glad it's over. Bring on week 2!
