Health Interventions Summer 2012

This class was BY FAR the WORSE class I took while in the OU program. It was just 5wks of utter confusion. Had it not been for this forum, this class would have caused me to jump!!

There is even an assignment that you will LITERALLY kill yourself working on. Others will tell you that it won't be graded, but you can't bring yourself to believe them. I mean what assignment would they have you doing all of this work, only to later tell you oops, too many errors, everyone gets credit for just turning it in :rolleyes: ...Well sure enough, that is INDEED the case... :eek:

Good luck to all taking this class...I absolutely HATED IT!!!

Just give yourself a 1-10 score for all of areas. My TA dinged me for not fully explaining each score even though I did it in a summarization. :rolleyes:

I think they may have made a little change. From what I understand, your group did not have quizzes...we do....booo hissss.....

Not really - just made harder. The DB's and assignments are the same., Just added in quizes to increase the fun!

OMG - that &^%&** quiz suk'd beyond anything I have taken at OU. There had better be a HUGE CURVE

I am knee-deep in the second discussion post for this week, and I have NO idea if what I am typing is on-point or total BS...it feels like the latter. Who knows.

I consider myself to be of above-average intelligence, but these theories are rapidly depleting my brain cells. It takes me about 20 minutes to "break down" each one into words a normal person can understand.

Then again, MaYbee i'M jUssT DuMb. :confused:

Hello Fellow NRSE 325-ers. So glad I found this thread as I need your help!!! I for some reason cannot access the Pender readings that are required for Discussion Post #1. I follow the links in the discussion board post instructions and all the Pender readings show up on the ALICE online catalog. Pender intro and chapters 1, 2, 5. Every time I click on any of those links I put in my PID like I'm instructed to and and pdf file downloads. Well the pdf I get is some article about Professional Associations written by Patricia Thompson and Ramon Lavandero. This is the same pdf that comes up for all the Pender links listed on the online catalog. I have emailed my TA with no response regarding this and posted it on my section QA board asking for advice and have gotten no response. Would anyone be willing to email the Pender articles to me so that I can complete my discussion? Or if anyone has advice on how to remedy this I would appreciate it. I can't use the PM yet as I don't have enough posts. My email is [email protected]. Thanks again!!!

I sent a copy of the articles to your email address. Apparently you weren't the only one with problems so my TA posted them on the QA board. Let me know if you got them!

I got them Michelle. Thank you so much you just saved my life. Just heard back from my TA and he instructed me to contact tech support...well I don't have time for that. He could've at least emailed me the articles as well lol. Anyways I got them now thank you thank you!!!
