Intended for hospitals, nurseries, and Angelina Jolie, the BabyScatt Evacuation Device is a cart that can safely hold six infants or four toddlers in case of an emergency.

This cocoon like evacuation device has bumper bars on all sides to protect in case of falling debris or possible obstructions in the pathway. Or if you're Kate Gosselin, you can use this cart to strap your kids in and maneuver them into the spotlight--unfortunately there's no way for her to strap in her, uh, reluctant husband, too.

After reaching a place of refuge the BabyScatt continues to protect and provide a safe place for the babies to rest in the individual pockets.

This brings to mind a poncho that was invented by a nurse in the 1960. Haven't seen one in years. It had 6 or 8 big pockets for newborns. It was to be used in case a newborn nursery had to be evacuated for fires or anything else. The could nurse put the thing over her head, put baby in each pocket and walk out.

LOL....I might consider this one...I'm having my 5th baby in 2 months!
