People post questions here all the time......we wont give you the answer and we can help you think it out.

There is no such thing as "nursing math." There is elementary algebra, which was a prerequisite for nursing program admission. You passed it already. All you are doing is solving for X.

Don't let the drug names or different units of measure spook you. If you can read a cookbook and alter a recipe for more or fewer servings, you can do this.
