ronna you could try doing a web search for nanda approved nursing diagnosis...however...there are many books that have them in them. We were required to have one for our program.

There is often a list in the back cover or appendix of many nursing texts- my med surg, fundies, care plan book, and moseby's dictionaries all had lists. It's easy to forget how much extra info is in those appenices!

Wasn't it "energy field disturbance"? I still think that was one of the most usefull! How else can you explain some people :D How else to explain me? But will never be able to be studied objectively the way "risk for infection" is. I remember we used to make fun of it... I didn't come to understand what it meant until later, even the careplan book didn't try to explain it!
