Purchase a white coat.

And the majority of the homework questions have been coming from overseas students. I don't mind helping when someone is stuck on a question and provides background on what they're having trouble grasping. But when it's just a blatant "what's the answer to this question?", why should I give you the answer and do all the work for you?

I'm not trying to knock the OP, but I keep seeing an increase in homework questions from overseas students lately. Our answers from the US might not be the correct answer for them.

I think it's the same person with different user names.

I'm very shy person , but i am willing to learn and be exposed to patient and how to take good care of them ..

As far as communication is a key point, how can a shy person be a leader?

After all the research and studies

Concluded that the best ways that make you a leader is

1

trying to control everything. Being a great leader is about influence and listening to those around you. These are attributes rarely taught in school or training, but most often the ones that define how successful of a leader you are.

2

Surround yourself with "10s." Find experts in the areas that aren't your strongest, and don't feel threatened by them

3

Be on time. Be brief. Be gone. In business, you must complete tasks in a timely manner. Do not linger on events that can be handled by others on your team more Effective Once that task is complete, be ready to pivot to the next task.
