Hi everyone my average before going into the 2nd exam was 62%

We are supposed to have a 60% average or higher

Today I got 42% what did I do wrong? Just bad day, I had gotten into a terrible arguement with my husband this morning, perhaps that is what happened. I was studying with my study group last night and got almost every question right.

anyways, I got 42% -this exam is exam 2 and worth 30% of final mark

my first exam was 62%- this exam was worth 30% of final mark

In 2 weeks we are having our final exam and it is worth 40%

Ladies what is the lowest mark I need in order to pass?

What do you suggest that I do? How should I study for the exam? How many hows a day should I study for this exam? I wanted to achieve an 80% average. And feel like an absolute failure:(

what is the best way to study for A and P?

Please suggestions ladies and gents it would be great.

Thank you for listening I do hope to hear back from someone soon please.:o

mistakes happen

I got a bad grade on my assignment that we just got a grade for. It wasnt handed back with feedback or anything, just a mark online. I couldnt understand why I had done so badly, I e-mailed the instructor, and didnt get a reply for two days, so went to see her. She said she will look into it, and let me know what I had done wrong to get such a bad grade. To make the story short, she had made an honest mistake and had given me a bad mark by accident. If i hadnt gone to see her, my final grade for the course would have been 5% lower.

So the moral here is if you do much worse than you were expecting on an exam, always find out why. Even if it is an exam done on a scantron card. Your school should have the policy where you can make an appointment and view your scantron card if they dont give it back to you, to make sure the wrong grade was not inputted.

You were lucky here that the instructor spotted the mistake herself.

Good luck on your final !!.

In Canada the passing grades for nursing school are often alot lower than in the USA...at least where I live.

My NS passing grade is a 63 for nursing classes and 50's for non nursing classes

we only needed a 50 to pass A & P...it depends on what school you go to here

Oh not our school, we need 60% to pass/
