The physician orders "Ancef 1 Gm IVPB TID".

Pharmacy prepares the 1 Gm in 50 ml of 0.45% NS.

You should administer the Ancef at which one of the following rates?

This question is missing data. You need to know the time frame allotted for the drug. Without that you cannot solve the problem.

Definately missing information. It is not the nurses responsibility to know the time frame that the drug needs to be administered over. The physician should have that written. Plus, without the amount of time, you cannot set up the equation using formula or DA. Tell your instructor.
