First, we do not do homework for students. Your instructor expects you to find a nurse leader (and not on an anonymous internet forum either), and INTERview them- in other words, ask these questions face-to-face or at least on the phone.

Second, if you are using your real name here, be aware that your school may be able to identify you and your attempt to have others do your homework for you.

Third, I'm not being a big old meanie. I'm telling you these things for your benefit.
