I need to interview a couple of Rns. PLease PM me. I need it for my research paper.

Do you have a clinical component to your program where you could interview a nurse that you're acquainted with and in person? I mention that because you are going to meet resistance about virtually interviewing someone here who may or may not be an actual nurse. I know it's probably harder to do it that way, especially if you tend to be shy but I bet that is probably part of the exercise-- getting you comfortable to being able to converse with someone you may not know well or at all.

Good luck! I hope you find someone willing to give you the interview.

I don't think you can PM until you have X number of posts here.

The interview is a career exploration research paper for my English class. At the moment I'm not in the Rn program. I went to a local hospital but they denied my request for an interview. I went to some of my local clinics but they do not have RNs; they only have LVNs, and CMAs. SO for now im out of options. That's why i want to ask people here for a interview or just to answer a couple of questions And the reason i dont want to put the questions here is because i may get points deducted if my professors finds out.

Gotcha. Hmm, if no one volunteers here could you possibly interview a nursing instructor at your school, provided you are a college student? If your physician uses RNs in the office, maybe try that or visit a Visiting Nurse Association office.

This means you should think of another way to do it.

What about going finding local nurses through state nursing associations, LinkedIn, or trying nursing homes? I really like the idea about going to a nursing professor at a local college (whether or not you are a student there). They may even be able to connect you to a local nurses who isn't a professor, too.

I hope you find a way to connect with a nurse in person. Good luck!
